Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or through email request to connect@beyondboundarez.com.
If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a full refund to you through online payment to your designated account, as long as your request is received at least 7 days prior to the start date of your class. In case of failure to intimate 7 days prior to the start of the date of your course, you shall only be eligible for registration for a future course within three months.
In case of your no-show in the class, you shall not be eligible for any refund, however, you may have an option to register for a future course within next three months. Thereafter, you shall not be eligible for any re-registration.
Refunds
Once your cancellation request is received within stipulated period as mentioned above, you refund will be processed within 15 days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping and Exchange
Shipping and exchange is not applicable to us since we are not selling any merchandize.
